Yuja (유자), also known as Yuzu, is a citrus fruit with its origins traced back to central China and the Tibetan region. In contemporary times, it is primarily cultivated in China, Korea, and Japan. Korean grown Yuja has a thicker skin and a more potent fragrance compared to its counterparts.
In appearance, yuja resembles a diminutive version of a yellow grapefruit, distinguished by its slightly uneven skin. When it comes to taste, it presents a unique blend of tanginess, tartness, and bittersweet notes, evoking the flavors of lemon, mandarin orange, and grapefruit all rolled into one delightful package.
For our homemade Yuzu tea we can make it both hot or cold, and we finish it off with a bit of mint and a slice of lemon.
We serve “Halal-Certified “ chicken and beef.
We use soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, corn syrup, and Korean spices for our foods.
Our toppings include: mayonaise, chilli gochujang, sesame seed, peanuts, seaweed, fried onion.
