Workshop Highlights:

1. Welcome & Introduction

  • Registration and welcome drinks.
  • A short introduction to Korean pancakes and their cultural significance
  • Overview of ingredients and tools

2. Hands-on folding your Mandu

  • Classic Pancake Batter: Learn the foundation for perfect Korean pancakes
  • Practice achieving the ideal crispiness and texture
  • Variety Session: Create different styles such as kimchi, potatoes, and seafood pancakes
  • Tips on balancing flavors and textures
  • Learn pan-frying techniques for that golden, crispy finish

3. Tasting & Sharing 

  • Enjoy your freshly made pancakes together
  • Discover how to pair them with traditional dipping sauces
  • Share your creations with fellow participants

4. Q&A and Game

  • Ask questions and receive personalised tips
  • Take home recipe cards to recreate the experience at home
