This hands-on experience will guide you through the art of making two traditional and beloved Korean rice cakes: Tteokbokki (떡볶이) and Injeolmi (인절미). Whether you’re a culinary enthusiast or a curious beginner, this workshop offers a delightful journey into Korean cuisine.
Workshop Highlights:
- Tteokbokki (떡볶이): Learn to make these spicy, chewy rice cakes that are a staple of Korean street food. Discover how to create the perfect sauce and achieve the ideal texture for this popular dish.
