Dive into the delightful world of Korean sweet treats with our immersive Korean Sweet Desserts Workshop! This hands-on experience will take you on a flavorful journey, teaching you how to create two iconic Korean desserts: Korean Mochi/Chapssaltteok (“찹쌀떡”) and Korean Sweet Pancake/Hotteok (“호떡”). Perfect for both seasoned cooks and enthusiastic beginners, this workshop promises to be a fun and delicious adventure.
Korean Mochi/Chapssaltteok (“찹쌀떡”): Learn to make this chewy and delightful rice cake filled with sweet red bean paste. Discover the traditional techniques and modern twists that make this dessert a favorite among Koreans.
Korean Sweet Pancake/Hotteok (“호떡”): Discover the secrets to crafting these crispy, golden-brown pancakes filled with a delicious mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts. Ideal for satisfying your sweet tooth!
