The Art of Korean Sweet Dessert – Make & Shape Colourful Rice Cakes
Join us for a hands-on cultural experience where you’ll learn how to craft three traditional Korean sweet rice cakes — Kkultteok, Songpyeon, and Jeolpyeon. Discover the techniques behind shaping, filling, and naturally coloring these delightful desserts, all while exploring their cultural stories and meanings. Learn to make these chewy and delightful rice cake filled with sweet red bean past, honey, nuts and other fillings. Discover the traditional techniques and modern twists that make this dessert pretty and colourful.
Workshop Highlights:
